STEVE MELLEDEW & LEE MALHAM LEAVE READING YMCA FOOTBALL CLUB

We can confirm that First Team Manager Steve Melledew and First Team Assistant Manager Lee Malham have both stepped down from their roles with immediate effect. Everyone at the club would like to place on record our gratitude for their time, energy, and commitment during their time with Reading YMCA FC and wish them both the very best for the future.

Subsequently we are pleased to announce Ryan Derman will take charge of the First Team for the remainder of the season. Ryan will be supported by current First Team coaches Paul Taplin and Stuart Gould, who both continue in their roles to carry on their excellent work with the squad. They will be joined by Stephen Naisbett, who will step up from The Rapids to take on the role of First Team Assistant Coach.

Meanwhile, Chris Lemm will lead The Rapids as Manager and Chris will be joined by current player Bobby Rees as his assistant.

The club are excited by these appointments to lead the club in this next chapter and wish all the management team the absolute best of luck in their new roles.
