MANAGEMENT TEAM 26/27

Reading YMCA FC have confirmed the management teams that will lead the First Team and Rapids into the 2026/27 season.

After a strong finish to last season, the club confirmed during preseason that Glenn Goudie would remain as First Team Manager, having initially taken charge on an interim basis.

Glenn will continue to be supported by Assistant Managers Stephen Naisbitt and Stuart Gould as the trio build on last season’s work and prepare the First Team for another exciting campaign.

The Rapids also retain continuity, with Ryan Derman continuing as Manager for the 2026/27 season.

Ryan will be joined by Keiran Lamb, who returns to the Rapids management team as Assistant Manager following a previous spell with the side. Dom Elliott also returns as Coach, coming back into the Rapids setup after previously working with the team. The club is delighted to welcome Keiran and Dom back and believes their experience and knowledge of Reading YMCA FC will be valuable as the team prepares for the new season.
